1) No dey compare your life with another person life : No talk say i wan be like, i wan do this like that man, i wan do that like that woman, my dear, you get your own life to live, e get purpose why God make you. So e get reason, no dey do copy copy. Sometime e dey cause depression!!
2) Your job no go take care of you, nah friend go do am: wetin i mean be say, make sure say you keep your friends closer, i know say your job dey important but no neglect your friends too, because if you get problem nah them go help you out!
3) make peace with your past and face the present : Yes i know say plenty people go don get plans now, new year, new system, bla bla bla... If you wan make 2016 better for you, go make peace with everybody wey you offend, abi wey offend you, just go make peace with everybody wey una no dey talk!!
4) Realise life is a school you are here to learn.. : Make you know say, no be always wey things go dey well, some time, difficult times go dey, difficult situation go shele, make you just dey learn from everything. And make sure say you dey Learn something wey good.
5) Forget issue of the past.. Dont remind your partner about the past : No carry trouble enter 2016, anything wey your husband do you, or anything wey your wife do you, just forget am, no ever tell your partner say, you remember wetin you do me for so so so place... No try am!!
6) spend time with the people under the age of 70 and below 6 years : make sure say you dey spend much tome with people wey old so that you go learn new thing, you go fit learn from their life experience.
7) drink plenty of water.. 2 litre every day
8) eat fresh food wey grow for tree.. No be factory food oo..: this days wey find out say plenty sickness don full town, people dey die anyhow.. Our forefathers no die like this nah.. So abeg make una dey chop fresh vegetables, fresh fruits....
9) What other people think of you no be your business: If nobody talk about you, then you are nobody,, nah 2face talk am! No let them tie you down with their yeye gossip about you, ignore them!
10) take 10- 30 minutes jogging every..: exercise good oo.. Try dey do exercise every day!
11) Seat in a quite place for about 30 minutes every day: if you seat for quite place you go fit think well...
