Regarding what PMB is saying about how broke Nigeria is, I TOTALLY SUPPORT it. We are broke. We do not need to keep up appearances when our economy is disappearing. Do we still have an economy or just a market for foreign economies? If you are in a pit that you want to come out of, you must stop digging! Except you are making money from the depth of that pit you are digging. That is exactly why it’s hard to a$$ist some people in Nigeria.

A Nigerian Female Doctor use Hot Water bath her Houseboy (Photos)

16yrs old Nwanga Chidiebere is battling to stay alive at Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki in Ebonyi State. Chidiebere, a male servant, was attacked with hot water by Jane-Glad Ugba, a female doctor.
Chidiebere is hospitalised at the Plastic Surgery Department of the hospital following the attack. Recounting his ordeal to our correspondent on his hospital bed, Chidiebere explained that he had just returned from school on the fateful day and was about washing clothes when his boss asked him to go and boil yam which her children would eat…
He said while the yam was on the stove, he decided to start to wash the clothes, with plans to check it from time to time. According to him, while he was still washing, Ugba asked her eldest son to go and wash the plates. Chidiebere disclosed that the boy left the door open while he went to clean the lines on which he would spread the clothes.
The JSS 3 student of Presco Secondary School, Abakaliki, said while he was cleaning the lines, his boss started yelling that he left the door open. He said: “I told her that I was not the one that left the door open but her son. While she was still scolding me, her husband came out and asked me to lie down despite my plea that I was not the one who opened the door and I immediately lied down.” Chidiebere explained that as he was still lying down, the woman walked to the pot and started yelling that he left the yam to get burnt.
He added: “In anger, she grabbed the pot and emptied the whole hot content on my back and it injured me seriously. The pain was so much that I ran outside where I almost cried out my eyeballs from their sockets. She then asked me to go and clean where I washed clothes and after that I should pack my things and leave her house that she did not want to live with me again.”
The victim said he went to see the sister of his ‘Oga’ (Mr Ugba) who, after seeing his burnt skin, called her brother. According to him, Mr Ugba asked him to come back home but before he got home, they had already locked the gate. He maintained that he had to sleep in a Skeletal a$$emblies of God Church site around Goddy Ogbaga Avenue until the next morning when he went back to his madam and found out that the gate was still locked.
With nowhere to go, Chidiebere said he roaming about when a female member of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) accosted him and asked him why he was loitering about.
According to him, the NSCDC official threatened to arrest him before she noticed the burns on his face and asked him what happened. He said after his explanation, the officer took him to the hospital. Chidiebere added that his (heartless) madam did not know his whereabouts until she came to work and saw him in the same hospital where she is working as a doctor.
The state Police PRO, ASP George Onuorah, said Ugba had been arrested and arraigned in court.

Raymond Senensi, 10, was bodyboarding on Makaha Beach Park in Hawaii when he was attacked by a shark. The shark bit his leg but he didn’t panic. The strong boy managed to kick the shark away using his other leg. “I kicked it with this leg, and then I kicked him in the nose,” Raymond said.
Fortunately, another body boarder, Mike Ward, was surfing nearby when the attack occurred. “I said, ‘What’s wrong?’ and he said, ‘A shark is following me’.” Mike narrated.



Together with an off-duty lifeguard, Mike was able to get Raymond back to the beach, where he was rushed to hospital.
Raymond had three deep gashes on his leg, one of which was a large opening on his thigh. His mother, Shirita Moreno, described the incident as her ‘worst nightmare.
“I was hysterical; he wasn’t. He was telling me, ‘Mom, I’m going to be okay’.” Shirita told KHON-TV
Doctors say Raymond is recovering well and should be discharged from hospital soon.

When the couple were introduced, Ryan had just got out of a long-term relationship and didn’t see Shayna as a serious girlfriend. Almost straight away he lost interest, but Shayna wasn’t happy to end things. The pair dated on and off for a year, with Ryan telling friends he wanted to finish with Shayna but didn’t want to hurt her feelings.



She was sending him endless phone messages and would turn up at his flat unannounced. Finally, Ryan told his step-dad, Jay, he was going to end the relationship. On the night of October 12, 2012, Shayna made a hysterical 911 call from Ryan’s Kentucky penthouse apartment and reported a shooting.
"I’m standing about 10ft from his dead body!" Shayna screamed to the operator. When asked what had happened, she replied, "Ma’am, I killed my boyfriend."
Shayna freely admitted she’d killed Ryan, but insisted it had been in self-defence. The police weren’t so sure. They discovered Ryan had told his step-dad the day before that he was going to end things with Shayna and had already set up a date that very night with the 2012 Miss Ohio, the gorgeous Audrey Bolte.



Audrey, who was also a runner-up Miss USA, revealed she was looking forward to seeing Ryan on their date. They were due to meet in a bar for drinks and a game of pool. He never showed.
In April this year, Shayna, 24, was found guilty of first degree murder.



Two months later, Shayna was sentenced to 40 years in prison, with no option of early parole and was condemned by the judge for showing zero remorse.

The Central Bank of Nigeria has announced the continuation of the Bank Verification Number (BVN) registration exercise despite the expiration of the deadline on Saturday, October, 31.
The spokesman of the CBN, Ibrahim Muazu speaking to newsmen yesterday November 1st, said although the exercise still continues, costumers who failed to register before the expiration date will not be able to access their accounts until they do their registration.
He said the registration exercise was generally satisfactory “Deadline was successful because the awareness has been created to millions of customers and the banking hall were empty unlike the June deadline where there were chaos everywhere in the banking halls”

Two people have been arrested and charged with child neglect after police say they left a 3-month-old baby unattended in hot running water, causing severe burns on the baby's body.
Marlon Valentine, 39, and Favian Houston, 29, both face charges of endangering the life of a child and child neglect.
Police say the two allegedly left the baby unattended in a sink smelling of urine with hot running water, causing second degree burns to five percent of the baby's body. Valentine and Houston also did not provide medical care for the child in a timely period, police said.
DCFS also removed two other children, ages 2 and 4, from their residence that appeared underweight and not properly cared for, police said. They were treated at a local hospital and released to another family member.
Valentine and Houston were taken into custody Friday and both posted bond.

This is a true life story

My immediate siblings are twin brothers, same mother and father. November 5, they will mark their 39yrs of age. Taiwo and Kehinde happily married and lived comfortably.
Taiwo married a banker while Kehinde married University non-academic staff. They are both devoted christians and they both live in same town.
About a year ago, we lost Taiwo in a fatal accident and left a surviving wife as widow and three kids. Six months later, as their senior brother and the breadwinner of the whole family, I summoned Kehinde to re-marry Taiwo's wife to continue playing the role of husband.
Kehinde and Taiwo's wife agreed to marry each other but Kehinde's wife kicked against the union. Kehinde only has one child and since 8yrs now nothing more.
Kehinde's wife got provoked, lashed me with demeaning words and thereby reported me to our Church senior pastor at the headquarters and I was demoted for involving in sacrilegious belief.
It's a shock today again to have received a letter from the headquarters that I'm no more needed as pastor in their ministry due to this same issue.
This is a ministry that I had spent a lot towards its growth. The land our branch was built on was bought by me alone.
