One year after, Ibiere Agwu, wife of popular comedian Julius Agwu, just shared this image of a hospitalized Julius after he had his brain surgery in the US. She captioned the picture,

Fuel stations now selling petrol at N145 per liter

Some fuel stations in Nigeria have begun selling petrol at N145 per liter. Many of the stations in Abuja effected the new pump price as at yesterday night as soon the news of the deregulation of the oil sector broke. Only NNPC Fuel stations are still selling at the old price but will revert to the new price once they exhaust their present stock.

NAIJATOOMUCH: Top Nollywood actress insults Buhari, says he is an old fraudster who is corrupt

The actress puts the president on blast few hours ago on her Instagram page, alleging that Buhari is a corrupt leader. The actress said that the president does not have genuine interest of the masses at heart due to his recent decision to remove subsidy on petrol which now sells for N145 per liter as against the N86 old price.


She also went ahead to ask how do Buhari wants to fight corruption or the corrupt system when he was the one that created it in 1983. She also called the president an old fraudster and a con artist, saying he is a dictator in civilian’s clothing. See the full text of her post below:

The American Dream Limo is owned by car collector and designer Jay Ohrberg of Burbank,California,USA.It is considered as the world longest Car.
Jay Ohrberg designed his monster limo himself and now hires it out through his hire car company.This incredible limo is currently in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest car in the world.
Basically it is designed for Hollywood movie to display and show in films.The 30.5 m or 100 ft long limo with 26 wheels has many features including a swimming pool with diving board and a king-sized water bed.It is specially designed to drive as a rigid vehicle or it can be changed to bend in the middle.Even it has two driver’s compartments one at each end to help whilits back which allows easily the landing of helicopter.There is also a satellite dish on its top.

An aggrieved student that wrote to Nairanaijanews, said: “The reality is upon us. At about 6:40pm today the 11th of May, a fellow Akokite was arrested. His crime? He reposted a picture on his Facebook page of the deputy Dean 2 of the Students Affairs Division in person of Dr Karo Ogbinaka.
Dr Karo made complaints to the Alpha base that he found the picture to be a threat to his life and therefore he should be arrested. Fellow Akokites, we are writing exams and our brother is at the moment in police custody for reposting a picture on his Facebook page.
Our school authority are now demi gods that should be constantly revered. All attempts to bail Dolapo Olusesi has proven futile as the policemen claim they have been asked by the school management not to release him to serve as a lesson to others. A call put through to the DSA has proven futile as the DSA has asked that he be left there.
Dolapo Olusesi is a 300 Law student. Dolapo needs to read for exams. Dolapo is at the moment in a cell We call for the immediate release of a fellow learning colleague as this is an abysmal act on the part of the school authority. #FreeDolapo. UNILAG is a mess.”

Pres. Buhari talk say he no want any apology from UK Prime Minister David Cameron for describing his country as “fantastically corrupt” – but he does want the repatriation of assets stashed in the UK by corrupt Nigerians.

Speaking at an anti-corruption conference in London, he said: “No. I am not going to demand any apology from anybody. What I am demanding is the return of assets. I have already mentioned how Britain really led and how disgraceful one of the Nigerian executives was.
He had to dress like a woman to leave Britain and leave behind him his bank account and fixed assets, which Britain is prepared to hand over to us. This is what I am asking for. What would I do with an apology? I need something tangible.”…. so David shld jst park well….

79 Year Old woman gives birth to a baby boy in India

An Indian couple in their 70s welcomed their first baby into the world on April 19 with the help of a fertility treatment.
“It was very important for us,” 72-year-old Daljinder Kaur told Barcroft Media following her son’s birth. “I can live happily now. My life is complete.”
Kaur and her 79-year-old husband Mohinder Singh Gill who have been married for 47 years have been trying to conceive for two years.
They regularly traveled six hours from their home in Amritsar, Punjab to the National Fertility and Test Tube Baby Centre where Kaur endured multiple rounds of In Vitro Fertilization, a procedure that manually combines an egg and sperm to create an embryo that is inserted back in the uterus.
“I first tried to avoid the case because she was very weak, but then her medical reports were normal and she was fit to conceive,” said Anurag Bishnoi, who runs the fertility clinic.
And Kaur and Gill aren’t just beating the odds when it comes to having a child at their age, they also have both surpassed the average life expectancy in their Indian state of Punjab.
The average man in Punjab only lives to about 70 years old, while women usually live until 72, according to data from the Indian government.

Nigerian singer, born Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, popularly known by his stage name Kcee has recounted his journey to success and how he sold furniture when he lost hope in his music career.

In a chat with HipTv recently,he said he believed in himself and so much in God. He added that his brother was the only one who stood by him when he lost hope.
He said,

"If there is one thing I know, I believe in myself and I believe in God. I remember when I was in Ajegunle, if anyone had told me I would have gone places, I would not have believed.

"When I broke up with my partner Presh, I lost all hope. I had nothing but I had only one person, E-money, my blood brother.

"He called me and said since I had no hope in the music industry, I should start selling furniture. So I started furniture business. On a serious note, I went to Dubai, I brought two containers with the money my brother gave me.

"I got back, acquired a shop in Allen Market and the story changed.

"People will come to your shop as though to patronize you but they will only just come and look and not buy.

"Out of frustration, I called my brother one day and told him I wanted to go back to my first love, my music; that if I try again and don't make it therein, I would know God is not on my side," the 'Limpopo' songster added.

Started acting in 2009 in skeletal roles but came to limelight in 2014 when she was featured in the popular movie series 'Oasis' where she had first lead role. Her single disposition in the movie attracted applauds recommendations from people as she started getting calls and booking from renowned producers and directors.
‎Haven worked with Emem isong, producer Zik Zulu Okafor who is the producer Oasis, Rosaline Meuer went further to feature in movies like Red Card,The Getaway, Broken Bond, In the Cupboard, Vendetta, Uduakmbong, Spell bound‎ etc. The Oasis which was her stepping stone in the nollywood industry attracted ‎another lead role from Chico Ejiro production titled 'Open Marriage'.

Match commissioner of Ikorodu vs Kano Pillars NPFL game found dead in his hotel room

Mr Tanko Nuru who was the match commissioner in Sunday's Nigerian football League match between Kano Pillars and Ikorodu United was found dead in his hotel room this morning. Ikorodu United tweeted his death on their official Twitter account.
Nuru, who is from Nassarawa State, performed his duties during the NPFL fixture yesterday May 8th before retiring to his hotel room where he was found dead this morning by hotel staff.

The cause of Nuru's death is still unknown as at press time. May his soul Rest In Peace. Amen!
